Your website loads way faster and is by far more user friendly to navigate then Four states website. Your shipping was only 25% of what their cost was as well. Which is the ultimate reason I choose to order through Rainey's. Tho I will say they were roughly $350 cheaper for the peterbilt 379 8"x68" flattop top stack and Pickett elbow stack kit by Lincoln chrome, but you still saved me roughly $800 in shipping costs. Thank you.
I'm not a trucker but was thrilled to discover your wonderful business and website - I inherited a couple of family lawn mowers and vehicles from my late father and needed a reliable fuel transfer pump, which is what brought me first here to Raney's. So glad I can bookmark your company for future reference. Loved the shopping experience and am very excited to try out the pump once it comes in. I'm a woman, and sometimes vehicle maintenance and tools, etc can be a bit overwhelming and intimidating, so being able to browse, research, and shop your site online, including reviews, was tremendously helpful and appreciated. Easy to use site. A little confused on the fit of the part, but that's mostly due to vendors selling 2 similar parts under the same part number.
Great, but you should have made it clear that the 10% discount coupon I was planning to use was expiring the the day of my shopping. I didn't have my credit card info with me at the time, so I had to hold my order until the next day. By then, the coupon had expired! I had no idea.
I haven't received the item I wanted. I tried to reach customer service and it is too slow. They sent me the wrong item

Could not find Chrome rocker switch covers, for a 2006 379 Peterbuilt. No matter what I put in, the search engine.

Can' t believe I found parts for my 9400 that didn' t cost an arm and a leg. Will be buying more if my first order works out.

You need better shipping Options Companies needing truck parts want them fast or at least the option to get it over night

Hi,
After I called several times and was on hold for half hour at a time only to get an answering system I then tried when they first opened there time! I was 5th in que and finally got to talk to a live person. So try that.
